One bachelor’s in journalism, one master’s in art history and several failed jobs in the professional world led me to my couch. It is here I had the striking realization that all I really care about is good smelling products and primate reality television. Since “Escape to Chimp Eden” is only on Friday nights in a slot I always seem to miss, this leaves me much time to share with you my findings from the rest of the week of wandering the urban jungle I live in: Chicago. So it is with these insights that I hope to help you avoid the hoards of abandoned shampoo and lotion bottles in the cabinet.
